Privacy Policy

Samadhi is a personal project built for meditators. Your privacy matters, and we keep things simple.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account. You can change or remove any of these in Settings.

When you use Samadhi, we store:

  • Your meditation sessions (duration, start/end time, mood, notes)
  • Your timer presets and settings
  • Feedback you choose to submit
  • Your country (if you add it -- entirely optional)

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect your birthdate, gender, or any sensitive personal data
  • We do not track your location
  • We do not sell, share, or rent your data to anyone

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. This is anonymous -- it does not identify you personally and does not use cookies.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with row-level security -- meaning only you can access your own data. Your profile photo is stored in secure cloud storage.

Deleting your data

You can delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. This action is immediate and irreversible -- all sessions, presets, feedback, and your profile will be permanently removed.

Guest users

If you use Samadhi without signing in, no data is stored on our servers. Your session runs entirely in your browser and nothing is saved after you close the page.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page. Samadhi is a small personal project, so changes are unlikely and will never involve selling or sharing your data.
